We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The beds and bedding were super comfortable, providing a cozy haven after a day of exploring. The kitchenette was a fantastic feature, allowing us to whip up our own meals whenever we felt like it. The range of utensils provided made it easy for us to cook and enjoy our breakfasts. The location couldn't have been better - nestled in a quieter area, but still conveniently close to shopping and dining options. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. And we have to mention the cute and cozy rooftop deck - it was such a delightful bonus!

We had a romantic escape at this hotel and we absolutely loved it! the location was perfect, just a short walk to the Cirque du Soleil show and surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. the staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the cozy beds with nice sheets and comforter. Plus, having a fridge in the room was so convenient for keeping our drinks and snacks chilled.

That our room didn't have a coffee maker or a kitchen, so we had to go down to the lobby for our morning coffee. it would have been nice to have some cutlery and dishes available in the communal kitchen on the 7th floor.

The hotel is centrally located in Vancouver with easy access to the airport via the skytrain. Restaurants, bars, and shops are just a few minutes away. The rooms are spacious and clean, and there are two kitchens available for use.

Felt like our own home, no complaints at all.

Our room was spacious, modern and had excellent wifi. The location was perfect for exploring downtown Vancouver and attending events at the football stadium. Although we had to park several blocks away, the clean and comfortable room made up for it. I would recommend staying at this hotel.

We were within walking distance of the public transportation, restaurants, and shops, which made exploring the city so convenient. the hotel was very clean and well-maintained. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing us with a cozy space to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

The limited parking options. This meant that we had to find another parking spot and pay again, which was quite inconvenient.

Bathroom setup was odd and not soundproof. Adjoining door to the next room made it noisy and lacked privacy.

The hotel had free coffee in the lobby as well as cold water with fresh lemons, which was really refreshing after a long day out in the city. the location was great, in the heart of the city, and we were able to walk to all the main attractions. We also liked that the room we had was spacious and had a comfortable bed.

The hotel was quite noisy, even at night, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the room didn't seem to have been thoroughly cleaned in a while, and there were some stains on the sheets and towels.
