The hotel's convenient location allowed us to easily explore Plaza de Armas and other nearby attractions. The architecture of the hotel was breathtaking, combining neo-gothic and contemporary design seamlessly. The staff was helpful, providing a corkscrew upon request and ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. From the moment I stepped into the beautifully renovated building, I was greeted by friendly staff who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. the room was spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. the bathroom was great and the bar staff provided outstanding service. the location of the hotel was convenient, with many attractions within walking distance. I highly recommend Magnolia for its luxury, comfort, and exceptional staff.

I recently stayed at a boutique hotel in Santiago. The location was perfect, as it was right next to Santa Lucia hill and in a great neighborhood. The room was spacious and clean, with a nice bathroom. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast had a wide range of choices and was beautifully presented. Additionally, the hotel had a rooftop terrace where I could relax and enjoy the view. it was a great experience.

The soundproofing in the room was not ideal, and I had to use earplugs to sleep due to noise from the neighboring apartment block and the local area.

We had a really nice stay at Magnolia. the hotel has a simple and classic design with an edge, making it a truly beautiful and authentic gem. the staff were extremely helpful and the bed was very comfy. the location is great, very central and close to key sightseeing places in the area. the breakfast was delicious, with mashed avocado, fresh cherries, yogurt, and more. We also loved that dinner was included in the price. a really nice place to stay in Santiago.

Awesome stay! Loved the modern feel of the hotel design and the friendly staff. the buffet breakfast was fantastic and included a few bonuses that were much appreciated. Great location for exploring and shopping. the room amenities were also a big plus.

The glass doors on the bathroom were not the most functional. the view from our room wasn't anything special either.
