We had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They were reliable, helpful, and genuinely nice people. The breakfasts were delicious with a wide variety of options. The rooftop terrace offered spectacular views and was a great place to relax and socialize. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, providing enhanced comfort. The hotel's location in the center of the city was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions and dining at the many excellent restaurants. it was a luxurious and enjoyable experience.

This place is highly recommended for families as well.

We stayed in a charming hotel that was conveniently located near all the main attractions. The hotel was just a short walk away from the lively neighborhood of Lastarria, where we enjoyed delicious meals and drinks. The room was comfortable and well-designed, and the staff at the reception were incredibly kind and helpful. We also loved the rooftop terrace where we had a delicious breakfast with a stunning view of the park across the street.

We did find the hotel to be a bit loud at night due to the passing buses and the noise from the wooden floors and corridors.

The rooms were stylishly decorated and clean, providing a comfortable space for my stay. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and cafes within walking distance. The staff were very helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast was ample and delicious, providing a great start to each day. I had a wonderful experience at Luciano K and would definitely recommend it.

The room is too small and dark, with outdated furniture and a not very comfortable bed. the air conditioning and the bathroom could be improved, it was hot and stuffy, and the shower was weak.
