During my recent stay at Nh Collection Plaza Santiago, I was extremely impressed with the comfortable beds and the great location of the hotel. The showers were also top-notch, providing a refreshing experience. I particularly loved the fact that the hotel is located opposite one of the biggest shopping malls and is surrounded by many good restaurants. The service provided by the NH staff was excellent, and I appreciated the delicious breakfast offered. I had a perfect stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located in a lovely district of the city, away from the shopping center and not close to major attractions. However, it is very convenient for those who enjoy shopping, as there is a major shopping center just across the street. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding. The breakfast offers a good variety of choices, including fresh fruits. The staff at reception is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The gym and swimming pool have not been updated for a long time, leading to a lackluster experience for guests.

Very close to a large mall, easy food delivery, good breakfast. Had some issues with the reservation but friendly staff sorted it out. Standard NH hotel, well-maintained. Practical location near attractions and metro. Gym, bar, and spacious, clean rooms. Safe area.

During our recent stay at this hotel, we were delighted by the luxurious amenities that were provided. We were impressed by the excellent service and attention that we received from the staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. the spa and wellness centre was exceptional, with state, of, the, art facilities and expert staff.

We found that it was a bit smaller than what we had expected, which made it a bit crowded and difficult to fully enjoy.

During my Thanksgiving stay, I enjoyed the spacious and updated accommodations at a hotel with a great location. the breakfast that was offered was a great way to start the day, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. the hotel provided easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area.

My experience was marred by some issues with the service. While the staff seemed helpful at first, they didn't follow through on some of our requests and there were some mistakes made with billing.
