I recently stayed at Ascott Raffles in Chongqing for a week-long vacation. The location was perfect, with a huge shopping mall connected to the hotel complex, offering a wide range of dining options. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. One unique feature that stood out was the panda and clown robots that delivered vending machine groceries, which was both amazing and adorable. The swimming pool was also clean, quiet, and just the right temperature.

We had the best stay at this hotel. The location was incredible, right on top of a shopping center and within walking distance of the pier for the Yangtze River Cruise. It was so convenient to have everything we needed right at our doorstep. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff were extremely accommodating and kind. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a fully equipped kitchen, a coffee machine, and even a washing machine in the apartment. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and there were also plenty of food options in the shopping center. this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way.

Our stay at Ascott was absolutely amazing! The location was perfect, with a shopping mall right next door. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. We especially loved the walk-in closet and the drying rack for our clothes. It made our stay with a young child so much easier. The pool was also a great addition, and we had a lot of fun swimming and using the sauna. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. While the lobby is beautiful, the smell of food can be quite strong when you enter. It would be nice if they could have a more pleasant fragrance instead of fried food.

Stayed at a place with a "view" that made me appreciate the wonders of concrete. The staff were like my personal entertainment, trying to communicate through phone apps. Loved the mall, so I never had to leave the complex. The pool and sauna? Fancy water entertainment!

It had all the amenities one might need for an extended stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine with detergent. the bed was super comfortable and the service was excellent, from the front desk to the cleaning crew. the location was excellent, right in the middle of everything, and within walking distance of the Yangtze River Cruise pier and a shopping center. the internet speed was also really good.
