Value for money was great with a spacious room, equipped with hair dryer and ironing board. The hotel's proximity to the Lowu Immigration Building and the Luohu train station made it very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Jimmy who went above and beyond to help me retrieve my lost phone.

Food for breakfast could be better with more variety and options available.

We got great value for our money at the Best Western in Shenzhen. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with a fantastic view of the Hong Kong border. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the metro, shopping malls, and restaurants. The staff treated us warmly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The hotel is conveniently located opposite the railway station and just a short walk away from Luohu commercial center. I found it very easy to walk to from the train station, taking me less than 5 minutes. The hotel facilities were excellent, with spacious and well-endowed rooms. I was pleasantly surprised to find a 7 eleven minimart inside the hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff at the front desk were polite and helpful. The best thing for me was the late check-out option at 2pm, allowing me to relax a little longer.

I recently had a fantastic stay at the Best Western Felicity Hotel in Shenzhen. This was my 6th or 7th visit, and I couldn't be happier. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, which is great to see as they are committed to maintaining high standards. We were even upgraded to a suite, which was a delightful surprise. Another convenient addition is the new 7-11 shop on the ground floor, perfect for satisfying late-night cravings without having to leave the hotel. The location is also a major advantage, with the railway station just a stone's throw away. a comfortable bed, reasonable prices, and good room service made my stay truly enjoyable.

The Best Western Felicity Hotel is great if you're popping over to Shenzhen to go shopping for a night. The view from the bedroom window is lovely, overlooking the river, and you can even enjoy the light show from your bed at night. The bed is incredibly comfortable and the size is impressive. The hotel's location is very convenient, just a 5-minute walk to the nearby Luohu train station, making it easy to go anywhere in Shenzhen by train.

Complementary facts offered were great! the location is prime, with plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. the convenience of the nearby train station made it easy to explore the city. the view from my room was a bonus.

The hotel is in dire need of an update. the furnishing is outdated and the pool, gym, and public areas are stuck in the 90s.

They upgraded us to a suite for free. the 7-11 in the lobby was convenient and saved us after a wrong navigation. the evening buffet in the restaurant was excellent and the staff were friendly. the burger we ordered from room service was surprisingly good and reasonably priced.

The location was convenient, with the center just opposite the closed railway station. I appreciated the value I got for my money, as the hotel offered budget-friendly prices. Whether I wanted to visit the Hong Kong border or the Railway station, or simply go shopping at the Lo Wu, everything was easily accessible. The room was comfortable and the service was top-notch, ensuring a pleasant stay.

There were some disappointing reports about having to pay an additional tip to the massage center staff, which was not ideal.
