The room was very spacious and clean, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The buffet breakfast had a wide selection of delicious food. The staff were very courteous and always ready to assist with any issue or question. The location of the hotel was perfect, with the metro station and coach station to Hong Kong right next to it. It was also very near to MRT Yuexiu Park station, making it convenient for walking in the park and visiting historic attractions. Additionally, the hotel was close to the Guangzhou railway station and most markets. everything about this hotel was excellent.

We had a fantastic experience at Cafe Veranda! the F&B staff were highly professional and attentive to our needs. On one occasion, when I needed chopsticks for my sushi and they had run out at the sushi counter, a staff member immediately noticed and offered me chopsticks. Although I didn't catch his name, the service was top-notch. the room at the hotel was spacious, and the location was perfect for shopping. Taxis to the main shopping zones were under RMB20, making it convenient to drop off our bags and continue exploring. the hotel is conveniently situated above a metro station, only two stops away from the wholesale area near 一德路. there is a Starbucks and McDonald's within the hotel building, and the airport bus stops right at the hotel. the room itself was clean and comfortable, despite the not-so-great view outside the window of an old building.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being very close to a metro station and right by the subway. This made it extremely convenient for me to explore the city and visit nearby attractions. The hotel staff was also a highlight as they were very accommodating and helpful, especially to non-Chinese speaking guests like myself.

I was impressed with the convenient location of this hotel, as it was right next to a central subway station. This made it incredibly easy for me to explore the city and visit popular tourist spots. The fact that there were several eateries within the building, including Burger King, was also a bonus.

The location of the hotel was great, being conveniently located next to a metro station. This made it easy to explore the city and get around. the hotel staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming, providing a warm and pleasant check-in experience. Plus, the attached mall with a Starbucks and Burger King was a nice addition, providing convenient dining options.

the location was great and I was impressed by the dragon show that took place right at the hotel's entrance. the room was clean and spacious, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a box of goodies waiting for me. I also had access to the Executive Lounge and other facilities, which was a nice perk. the staff were accommodating and helped arrange taxis for me to meet up with friends and family. the nearby park provided a peaceful break from the hustle and bustle of the city.

This hotel provides an exclusive and luxurious experience, with a spa centre and outdoor swimming pool. the garden area is beautiful and perfect for relaxation. the staff is attentive and provides excellent service.

The location is not very central and requires a car ride to reach the main attractions. One minor issue we experienced was the lack of saunas and jacuzzis in the spa centre.
