I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza for an overnight airport transit. The location was perfect and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I noticed some great changes to make the hotel more sustainable, like tooth care packs handed out on demand and bathroom liquids in large, fixed bottles. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Free internet was a bonus, and there were no language barriers to worry about. a fantastic experience.

This hotel is super convenient for business travelers with its close proximity to the airport. They offer a free shuttle bus service, which can easily be found on level 1 above the subway. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well designed, providing all the amenities you would expect. The staff is friendly and can communicate well in English. The hotel bar is a great spot to relax in the evening with live music on certain days. The breakfast is delicious and satisfying, meeting all expectations.

One downside is that there have been occasional reports of a slight smoke smell in some of the rooms.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel near the airport. The location is incredibly convenient for layovers or anyone needing to stay in the area. The staff spoke excellent English and were extremely helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, even calling me on my cell phone to make sure I found the airport shuttle I had inquired about. The cleanliness of this hotel was top-notch, from the well-kept grounds to the immaculate lobby toilets. The hotel facilities were impressive, with an outdoor pool and all the amenities you could think of during your stay. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying.

I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza in Guangzhou for 3 nights on a business trip. The staff were excellent, especially the luggage and transportation team. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the in-room dining options were delicious. The hotel's attention to detail was impressive, from the live band in the lobby to the wide variety of choices and good quality breakfast. I really appreciated the professionalism of the staff and their willingness to assist, even rushing me through check-out to catch the airport shuttle.

The hotel offers an excellent breakfast selection, which caters to both Asian and Western guests. the staff speaks good English, which is a plus for European visitors. the hotel's shuttle service from the airport is a convenient and important fact. the spacious and clean room was just what we needed for a comfortable city break.

the hotel was overly air-conditioned, making it uncomfortably cold. Lastly, we found the buffet to be expensive compared to local options, and we only had a small selection to eat.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel with exclusive amenities like a sauna, outdoor swimming pool, sun terrace and garden area with beach umbrellas. the staff provided excellent service and the in-room breakfast was exceptional. the bar/lounge area was perfect for relaxing and indulging in a few drinks.

The only minor issue was that the dinner at the restaurant was a bit expensive. there were other options like packed lunches and special diet menus available.

the staff, especially the manager Kevin Xu, were extremely helpful. They assisted us in getting our luggage delivered back to our hometown, making the process easy and smooth. We really appreciate their assistance and the overall comfort provided by the hotel. the shuttle service to the mall and airport was a huge plus, allowing us to explore the local culture and food conveniently.

Convenient location near the airport. Comfortable and quiet rooms. Helpful and welcoming staff, especially Ms. Jennifer Li, the Guest Relation Officer. Great bath in the room. On-the-go drink and coffee offered when breakfast was not available.
