We had a fantastic stay at Crowne Plaza Yangzhou. The hotel is modern and clean, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. We loved the local style breakfast on the 3rd floor, it was absolutely delicious. The location overlooking the waterway added to the pleasant atmosphere. we highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. From the moment we checked in, the excellent service and exclusive amenities exceeded our expectations. the Spa & wellness center was the perfect place to recharge after a long day of business meetings, and we loved taking a dip in the indoor swimming pool. the room was well-appointed with luxurious features that made us feel right at home. the restaurant had an impressive menu and the in-room breakfast was a nice touch. We truly appreciated the private facilities that were exclusively available to guests.

While there were not many negative aspects, we did notice that CNN International was not available in the room. Despite this minor issue, the bar and lounge area provided a relaxing atmosphere to unwind after a busy day.

The rooms were clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable making for a good night's sleep. the location of the hotel by the canal was also a plus, providing a pleasant view. Additionally, the staff were friendly and check, in was quick.

The WiFi at the hotel was not reliable and hardly worked at all. This was quite frustrating, especially as I was on a business trip and needed a reliable internet connection.

The bed was comfortable and the room was quite spacious. the view from the window was stunning- we could see the water and it was very romantic. the food was delicious and there was quite a variety to choose from at breakfast.

The hot water in the shower fluctuated between being scorching hot and ice-cold, making it difficult to enjoy a relaxing shower. the staff were not particularly friendly, and seemed to be too busy to offer help or assistance.
