The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and close to shopping and dining options. the buffet breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to choose from. the fitness center was well-equipped and maintained.

The rooms were a bit outdated and could benefit from a makeover. the bathrooms, in particular, were in need of some renovations.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the bustling downtown area, surrounded by various shopping centers and traditional restaurants. In just a short walk, you will find yourself immersed in the vibrant atmosphere of the fish market. The rooms are comfortable and the bathroom facilities are clean. The staff provides excellent service, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast offers a variety of options, including the famous Lord Stow's egg tarts. Some rooms offer a stunning view of the harbor.

The Wi-Fi service is quite expensive, which may be a downside for budget-conscious travelers.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious and comfortable hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, with the MTR station right next door and all the major shopping and restaurants within a stone's throw away. The fact that it was located on the waterfront of Hong Kong harbour added to the overall charm and beauty of the place. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, and they always managed to exceed my expectations. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything from ironing facilities to a well-stocked mini-bar. The hotel also offered free toiletries, a flat-screen TV, and even an electric kettle. The dining options were excellent as well, with a restaurant and a bar/lounge area available. this place truly impressed me and delivered excellent service.

The only downside I can think of is the lack of service from the bellboys. However, I would still highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

the excelsior went above and beyond during our group visit to hong kong. the superb location next to fashion walk and food street, the modern and spacious rooms, and the well-equipped on-site gym made for a fantastic experience. highly recommend and will definitely be back.

From the excellent service to the breathtaking harbor view, everything was top-notch. the location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the subway and conference center. the staff was incredibly helpful, and we received a warm welcome with complimentary fruit. the in-room handy device was a lifesaver, providing free international calls and serving as a wifi hotspot. the breakfast was good, and the Executive room perks, like complimentary cocktails, were a nice touch. a highly recommended hotel experience.
