The location was perfect for my shopping needs, as it was right smack in a vast shopping mall with a Toys"R"Us in it. It was also just a few steps away from Canton Road, making it easy to explore and shop. The staff were lovely and concerned, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I could ask for. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great perk, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. I was very impressed with the service and quality of this hotel.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location was excellent, right above Hong Kong's biggest shopping center. It was so convenient to have all the shops I wanted to visit right there. The hotel itself was inside a shopping mall with great eateries surrounding it, making it easy to find delicious meals. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, from the bellhop to the concierge and front desk. They even provided a private car to and from the airport, which was a great convenience.

The location was epic, giving us easy access to all the major landmarks like the China International Convention Centre, Olympic Park, and the China National Science Centre. The hotel's Continental Club rooms were dope, granting us access to the Continental Club Lounge where we could chill with complimentary snacks and cocktails. The hotel group overseeing Marco Polo Hotels regularly hooked us up with awesome wellness and leisure activities. The warm hospitality and central location added extra swag to our trip. And let's not forget the amazing choice of 9 restaurants and the epic recreation complex with a sick outdoor pool, fitness center, sauna, billiards, and even a kids club!

The only thing we wished for was a bit more of a party vibe. Don't get us wrong, the hotel was cool and all, but we were looking for more fun activities geared towards young party-goers.

The lighting in the room was insufficient, and some amenities like shower gel were not enough for 2 people's daily use. We also experienced a lack of arrival efficiency at the lobby, but thankfully our rooms were located on a higher floor, allowing for an easy check-in.

Loved the energetic location, connected to the Gateway shopping centre and just a stone's throw from Nathan Street and the harbor. Plenty of food choices nearby. Excellent service, always prompt in answering our requests and exceeded our expectations. We stayed in the continental club room, which was spacious, clean, modern, and well-equipped. The complimentary mini-bar was a nice touch. The F&V manager, Michael Chai, handled a breakfast incident efficiently. I highly recommend this hotel, with the only drawback being the age limit for the club lounge. I would recommend this hotel for a great stay.
