i had a lovely stay at grand bay view. the staff were helpful, the rooms spacious and clean, with breathtaking views all around. complimentary water and coffee were a nice touch. shuttle service made getting around easier.

Room was spacious and clean, plus they had a complimentary shuttle to the train station—a real lifesaver. the staff were super nice and approachable. the location was ideal, with stunning sea views and a professional shuttle bus service.

Breakfast got repetitive during my stay, and the wait for items like an iron and ironing board was a bit long. Only one shuttle available during peak hours, which made transportation a bit tricky.

The hotel had a killer view of the bay and the city, perfect for sunset watching from your room on the 8th floor, and the room was spacious and comfy, big bonus! the super helpful staff made the stay smooth, and the shuttle to the MTR every half hour was clutch for exploring. Just a bummer that they ghosted me on my lost items inquiry; hopefully, they'll respond soon 🙄.

The seaview was mad cool, perfect backdrop for our squad pics. We hit up the HOTEL TRIPLETS ENTERTAINMENT and FAMILY spots nearby, non-stop fun! the staff were chill, always helping us out with anything we needed.

Yo, they could've amped up the night scene a bit for us party-loving teens. A banging nightclub would've taken our stay to the next level!
