We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Wangfujing District. The cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms was impressive. The hotel facilities, including the large pool, whirlpools, and spa, were top-notch. The central location made it easy for us to explore the city and access the nearby metro station. Plus, we appreciated the convenience of having a mall with a great food court just a short walk away. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The attached mall is clean and modern, with a variety of brands. Transportation was convenient with the English option in the Didi app. Room service was fast and the food quality was fair, with some meals including hot & sour soup. The concierge on the 17th floor was welcoming and had amazing memories of guests. I highly recommend this hotel for its consistent high standards and great location.

One aspect I didn't like about this hotel was the language barrier with some of the staff. I arrived in the middle of the night, and it seemed like the staff who were on duty at that time had difficulty speaking English.
