We stayed in a spacious and modern suite that was extremely comfortable. The hotel rooms have recently been renovated and are quite large. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and the staff were very helpful, especially the concierge who assisted us with buying train tickets and posted documents for us. The hotel facilities were great, particularly the swimming pool located on the basement floor. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, with the nearest subway station being only a 12-15 minute walk away, providing good transportation connections to the entire city.

The hotel had modern and comfortable facilities, including a gym with locker keys. the big window in the room provided a nice view of the surroundings. the bed in the room was comfortable.

The hotel staff lacked proper training and communication skills, which made the living experiences frustrating. When there was heavy rain, the rain flooded into the room and it took the hotel a whole day to change the room.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Beijing. The room was clean and the shower was really nice. The bed was very comfortable and we requested a quiet room which we got from the backside, so there was no traffic noise. The hotel is conveniently located just 5 minutes walking distance from the subway, making transportation easy. There is also a shopping mall right next to the subway entrance.
