Upgraded to Conrad, comfy suite for family of five, enjoyed pool and executive lounge. Great location near ocean and city center. Giant breakfast with diverse cuisines, friendly staff, short walk to subway station. Impressive pool and fitness area, clean and comfortable rooms. Helpful and friendly staff, cozy restaurant with delicious food. Warm note from the cleaning staff.

Great Experience during Xmas

The staff was very friendly, helpful and attentive. the hotel offers a convenient location and beautiful views of the coast. One of the highlights of my stay was the well-maintained and clean swimming pool. the hotel also had great Christmas decorations.

The food options at the hotel were limited and overpriced. the Wi-Fi was not reliable and often faced connectivity issues.

The hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities and impeccable service. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam room were pristine and well, maintained. the beauty treatments at the spa wellness center were top, notch, leaving me feeling refreshed and pampered. the exclusive restaurant served delicious cuisine and the bar/lounge area was the perfect place to unwind in the evenings.

the location advantage was not as great as I had hoped.
