The hotel is conveniently located near my business partners, which was a major advantage for me during my stay. Additionally, the staff hospitality was exceptional. There were two staff members, Cyndy and Viviane, who went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. Their royal treatment made me feel extremely valued as a guest.

The cleaning of the room was not always perfect. There were times when I noticed some areas were not thoroughly cleaned.

the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, with the massage and sauna services leaving us feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. the indoor swimming pool and steam room were also great facilities that we took advantage of.

The only minor issue we had was with the location. It was a bit far away from the subway stations, which made it hard to get around.

The hotel is conveniently located a short walking distance from a shopping mall, which offers a variety of restaurants and a supermarket. the rooms are spacious and clean, equipped with comfortable beds and modern amenities. the hotel staff was polite and welcoming.

During my stay at the hotel, we encountered an unexpected situation with a mosquito in our room. However, the hotel's service desk quickly came to our aid with their interesting and efficient robot, which brought us a mosquito killer in the middle of the night. It was a unique and helpful solution that impressed us. Despite this minor inconvenience, the hotel provided very good service overall.
