The hotel is conveniently located in the center of the capital city of Hebei province, close to a shopping mall with great food options. It is also near the railway station, making it easy to access. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with good water pressure in the showers. The service provided by the staff is excellent, with friendly and caring staff members. The breakfast is delicious, with a wide variety of choices. The executive lounge offers a fantastic view of the city.

Some staff members may have difficulty speaking English fluently.

The upgraded room had a pleasant smell, spacious and comfortable bed, and good amenities. The breakfast had a wide variety and was enjoyable. The staff, particularly Milos, were attentive and helpful. The hotel had a convenient location near the subway. a great value stay.

The Hilton Shijiazhuang in Shijiazhuang was fantastic in every aspect. The hotel was clean, spacious, and well-kept. The views were amazing and the breakfast had a wide variety of options. The staff was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure a first-rate experience. Free late checkout and room upgrades were provided, and the hotel had a good fitness center.

Nothing to fault.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. the food in the executive lounge was delicious, especially the evening meal. the location was very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and taxis.

The language barrier was a challenge at times, as some staff members did not speak English fluently. the shower pressure was not very strong, making it difficult to rinse thoroughly.

This luxurious hotel exceeded my expectations with its exclusive amenities and outstanding service. the Spa & wellness centre, Indoor swimming pool and the Massage services were amongst the finest I've enjoyed. the Spa lounge provided impeccable relaxation and the BBQ facilities were exceptional.

There was only one minor issue that I came across, which was the lack of a separate in-room breakfast service. the restaurant offered scrumptious dishes, while the Bar/Lounge area served amazing drinks.
