Holiday Inn at Voco Guangzhou Shifu provided us with an unforgettable stay. The room upgrade and access to the lounge as an IHG member made our experience truly special. The breakfast buffet and lounge offered a delicious variety of food. The staff made us feel welcome, especially as they remembered my friend from a previous stay. The location, while surrounded by pet and furniture stores, was convenient for our rental car adventures. Being close to a street filled with stores was a nice bonus.

This place is situated right above the shopping district on a very popular shopping street. It's perfect for those who love shopping as there are shops and restaurants all around that you can easily walk to. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. They speak English well and are always ready to assist us. The rooms are spacious and clean, with different types of pillows to choose from. The wifi is accessible throughout the property, so we were able to stay connected during our stay.

The check, in process was quite long and we had to wait for our rooms to be ready. the staff's attitude was poor and they were not able to provide timely information on when the other rooms would be ready.
