During our recent stay at a hotel in Hong Kong, we were blown away by the incredible location and breathtaking views. The hotel is situated perfectly, allowing us to explore the city easily and enjoy everything it has to offer. The panoramic windows in our room provided stunning views of the city skyline, creating a truly memorable experience.

While there were a few drawbacks, such as limited TV channels and a crowded club area, these were minor compared to the overall positive experience we had at the hotel.

I got great value for my money at Hotel Icon in Hong Kong. The room was excellent and exceeded my expectations, with breathtaking views of Victoria Harbour. The location was strategic, with easy access to the Hong Hum MTR and convenient transportation options to Hong Kong Island and Disneyland. The staff were polite, helpful, and provided superb service, ensuring a memorable stay.

The menu for breakfast could be improved by adding more halal options, such as chicken and other meats. This would attract more Muslim guests and enhance the overall dining experience.

The service at this hotel was outstanding. the staff were friendly, informative, and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. the hotel offered a wide range of facilities, including a well-maintained infinity pool and a clean gym with sauna. the location was also convenient, with shuttle buses available for transportation to key areas in the city.

One negative experience was encountered at the above and beyond restaurant where the reception was cool and unwelcoming. This was a disappointment considering the exceptional service received throughout the rest of the hotel.

We loved the helpful staff, especially Elly, who made us feel like family. The spacious bathroom with a TV was a hit with the kids. The comfortable beds with a pillow menu ensured a good night's sleep. The complimentary drinks and snacks in the room were a nice touch. The handy phone provided was extremely useful. We also enjoyed the shuttle bus service and the club privileges, including afternoon tea and evening cocktails.

Felt like visiting family, nothing to complain about.

The room was absolutely pristine, with no signs of dirt or hair anywhere. the bed was comfortable, with fluffy pillows that made for a good night's sleep. the views from the room were breathtaking, offering a stunning panorama. the breakfast buffet was exceptional, providing a wide variety of delicious Chinese and Western options. the hotel's gym and open, air swimming pool were top, notch, and the staff went above and beyond in serving delicious cocktails.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The room was spotless with a stunning harbor view. The complimentary minibar and handy phone were thoughtful touches. The staff was friendly and the breakfast selection was extensive. The hotel's location was convenient, just a short 7-minute walk to TST East MTR station. The free shuttle bus was a bonus, providing easy access to both the metro and the airport express.

our recent stay in hk was amazing, but icon took it to a whole new level. the staff was incredibly helpful, the amenities were top-notch, and the free minibar in our suite was a pleasant surprise. the free phones with unlimited calls and internet were a game-changer. we especially loved the view from the gym and swimming pool.

Vegetarian options were lacking.

Hotel Icon Hong Kong offers a convenient location for budget travellers with numerous bars and restaurants nearby, making it easy to find a variety of dining options. The friendly and helpful staff, such as Supervisor Iris Chan and Ginny Wong from Above and Beyond Lounge, provide excellent customer service. The rooms are spacious and cozy, with amenities such as a free minibar, coffee machine, and walk-in shower. the breakfast offers a wide selection of Western and Chinese dishes, including freshly made juices.

The hotel lacks the option to open windows in the rooms, limiting the access to fresh air.

We had an amazing stay at Icon. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to make us feel like family. Special mention to Winnie and Norman, who provided exceptional service at the club. the room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. the free mobile phone with local calls and international calls to 25 countries was a fantastic perk. the afternoon tea in the lobby cafe is a must-try. a perfect experience from check-in to check-out.

The location was perfect for our layover between flights, close to both the airport and the university. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean with modern amenities. The service was exceptional and the breakfast had a variety of options. The view of the harbor was stunning and the free minibar was a nice touch.

The view from the room was great, overlooking the city skyline. the location was also convenient, with many attractions and restaurants within walking distance. the staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries or requests.

The room was smaller than expected and a bit cramped. the breakfast options were limited and the quality was not as good as expected.
