Jen Beijing By Shangri-La surpassed all my expectations. the hotel had the best gym I've ever experienced, complete with free yoga and fitness classes. the swimming pool and spa were also top-notch. the room at Jen 75 Skyline had a breathtaking view of the city and was equipped with all the amenities I needed, including two flatscreens, a coffee machine, and a free mini bar. the breakfast options were extensive and catered to both Western and Asian visitors. the location was also ideal, with plenty of shops and restaurants in the nearby mall.

The hotel was in the perfect location, walking distance to many restaurants and tourist attractions. the best aspects of my stay were the complimentary breakfast and drinks in the Traders Lounge, which were delicious and made me feel very welcome. the gym facilities were fantastic and exceeded my expectations.

The worst aspect was the spotty internet connection in my room, which made it difficult to keep up with work emails. the pillows were not very comfortable and made it hard for me to get a good night's sleep.

From the elegant indoor swimming pool to the relaxing sauna, the wellness centre fulfilled every requirement. the spa was one of the highlights of our visit, with an array of massages that were rejuvenating and left us feeling refreshed. the service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to accommodate us.

The only minor issue we encountered was the size of the room, which was a bit smaller than we expected. the room's exclusive advantages made up for it, with features like a coffee/tea in the lobby and private facilities.

Additionally, it is connected to the China World Mall shopping center, providing guests with a multitude of shopping and dining options. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with soft beds for a good night's sleep. Guests also appreciate the complimentary bottled water and fruits provided. The hotel offers many cable TV channels for entertainment purposes. The staff is helpful and willing to assist guests, with bellboys readily available for assistance.

There is room for improvement in terms of communication and cleanliness. Some guests have complained about the slow registration process at check-in and even encountered dirty toilet seats in their rooms.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a fantastic pool, hot tub, and steam room. The rooms were extremely comfortable and clean, providing a luxurious experience. The location of the hotel, situated in the China World Mall shopping center, offered an unlimited view of the city lights. I also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, who were always available at the front desk.

The view to the CCTV is amazing! The rooms are perfect. The AC works perfectly. The room was comfortable and clean. The mattress was on the softer side with good support. I slept very well. The location is great and the hotel is clean.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel that exceeded our expectations. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the subway and with a beautiful view, especially at night. the hotel itself was fantastic, with a friendly and attentive staff. We enjoyed the convenience of having a pub on the ground floor and the added security. the gym was well-equipped and there was even a connected mall with plenty of dining options. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping service was excellent. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices, including local Beijing food. we highly recommend Jen Beijing By Shangri-La and would definitely stay there again in the future.

The buffet breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of options. the staff at the hotel spoke good English and were very friendly and helpful. the location of the hotel was central and convenient for exploring the city.

If you want to experience the traditional side of Beijing, this hotel may not be the best choice.
