I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptional and couldn't have been more helpful. The rooms were spacious and the bathroom was nice. The breakfast was great and there were no facilities missing. The hotel is conveniently located next to the Times Square station, making it easy to find a taxi or commute to the Suzhou Industrial Park High-Speed Rail station or the cozy old-town area by the lake.

During our romantic escape, we had a truly enjoyable stay at this hotel. the room was spacious and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. We also loved the stunning views from the room, overlooking a serene lake and scenic surroundings. the hotel's central location made it easy for us to explore the nearby attractions and enjoy the local culture. Additionally, the staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that our needs were met throughout our stay.

We did have a couple of minor issues during our stay. the breakfast buffet lacked variety and could have had more options to choose from, especially for those with dietary restrictions.

This hotel surpassed our expectations in terms of luxury amenities and impeccable service. the indoor pool and spa center were exceptional, with state, of, the, art equipment and experienced staff.

The only minor issue we experienced was with the bar and lounge area. While the cocktails were delicious, the staff seemed understaffed and hectic, causing longer wait times than we anticipated.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Regency in Suzhou and had a superb experience. The accommodations were top-notch, the rooms were thoughtfully designed and very clean. The staff was attentive and helped me arrange cabs and visit local attractions. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the breakfast with its plentiful and varied options. The gym was clean and well-equipped, and I particularly enjoyed the art exhibit on the 3rd floor. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travel.

Had a weekend stay in Suzhou and the hotel was okay. the gym and pool facilities were amazing, and we were able to get a massage which was a bonus. the location of the hotel was convenient, located near a metro station and many restaurants in the area. the breakfast spread was impressive with many options.

The service we experienced was not up to par. the staff didn't seem to care and were not welcoming at all.
