We stayed in a club room which was luxurious and had a great view. The hotel itself was beautiful and spotless, with a very comfortable bed. The TV in the room had lots of free films and there was even a TV in the bathroom mirror. The club lounge had plentiful food and drink options, and the breakfast buffet had a wide range of choices, both western and eastern. The location was also convenient, with easy access to the train station and metro. The pool, steam room, and sauna were all good, and the gym had plenty of equipment. The hotel restaurants had excellent food options and there were also cheaper lunch options nearby. The staff were helpful and friendly, and even helped us resolve a taxi fare issue upon arrival.

Amazing Executive Lounge Experience

During my stay at Intercontinental, I had the pleasure of experiencing their Executive Lounge, and it completely exceeded my expectations. The lounge was well stocked with a continuous supply of food and drinks, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I couldn't recommend utilizing the lounge enough. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The tech in the hotel was absolutely amazing! I had so much fun playing with the fully automated toilet and other gadgets. The modern finishings and decor were so beautiful, I couldn't resist taking pictures. The staff was also incredibly friendly and efficient, easily accommodating my family of 6 in 3 rooms. Plus, the breakfast offered a comprehensive selection of both Asian and Western options. The location was also great, within walking distance of many sites.

The service is exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff who speak good English. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices, catering to different tastes. The view from some rooms is stunning.

The wifi in the rooms is not unconditionally free, despite what is mentioned in the advertisement.
