I had an absolutely amazing stay at Jw Marriott! The concierge, Frank, went above and beyond to recommend a fantastic transport company for our entire trip in Harbin. His excellent service made our tour even more enjoyable. The room was warm and comfortable, and the breakfast spread was delicious. Despite a few minor issues, the attentive and helpful staff more than made up for it. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Harbin.

Modern building, luxurious room with all amenities, sumptuous buffet breakfast with complimentary champagne. Great bathroom with bathtub and shower. Convenient location for Ice and Snow festival, with views from bathroom window. Boys enjoyed indoor pool and hot tub. Exceptional restaurant staff. Allowed to stay in Lobby Lounge after checking out.

Luxurious hotel offering great amenities, with comfortable and well-equipped rooms. Breakfast had a good variety of options. the shuttle service provided easy access to local attractions.

Language barriers made communication a challenge, especially when trying to order food after a certain time of day. the hotel did not accept international credit cards, and the nearest ATM was not easily accessible.

the hotel's spa and wellness centre provided exceptional services that made us feel rejuvenated.

The only minor issue we experienced was that the location was slightly remote, making it challenging to explore the nearby attractions. Nonetheless, the hotel's restaurant provided sumptuous in-room breakfast, with a fantastic bar and lounge area where we could unwind with our favourite cocktails.
