The hotel had good amenities, including a pool and gym. the pool was especially enjoyable, with sauna facilities and all necessary amenities provided. the location of the hotel was also excellent, with a supermarket nearby and shopping malls within close proximity. Additionally, it was convenient to have staff members who spoke English, which is not always common in China.

There were some issues with the room, such as a malfunctioning bathtub, TV, and night lamp. Despite reporting these problems multiple times, the hotel staff did not fix them promptly.

We recently stayed at the Kuntai in Beijing and we were very impressed. The hotel's central location made it easy for us to explore the city's attractions. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, with friendly and helpful service. Despite a few minor hiccups, the overall experience was great. We highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Beijing.

The hotel's convenient location near Yabaolu and Ritan Garden made exploring the city a breeze.
