I had a memorable stay at a centrally located hotel in Macau. Upon arrival, I was impressed by the size of the hotel, with its multiple entrances and two lobbies. The check-in staff, Mr Darryl, and the concierge, Mr Anil, were absolute gems. The hotel room was amazing, and I even received a free upgrade with HERMES toiletries. The location was perfect for exploring Macau, with easy access to the old town and other hotels/casinos. I highly recommend this hotel for a short getaway.

The hotel location was central and it was easy to find shopping and eateries nearby. the staff was courteous, and they went above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. They offered free shuttle service from the ferry port to the hotel, which was convenient. They also had a grand entrance with beautiful decor, which is perfect for Christmas.

The lobby was always crowded, and the casino was enormous, making it easy to get lost. the shuttle bus service was disorganized and often resulted in long waits.

Breakfast had plenty of options, although it was mainly Chinese cuisine. the venue provides free shuttles to a ferry.

The hotel lacked a lobby bar or cafe, and no sitting area in the lobby. the venue was dated in its interior design.
