During my stay at the hotel, I was impressed with the excellent location. Metropark Hotel Mongkok is conveniently situated within a few moments walk of Nathan Road, Prince Edward and Mongkok MTR stations, making it incredibly easy to explore Hong Kong. Additionally, the hotel is surrounded by a variety of amenities such as a supermarket, 7-Eleven, and numerous eateries.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the busy check-out process and the limited size of the bar, these were outweighed by the hotel's numerous advantages. With its prime location, clean rooms, and extra helpful staff, Metropark Hotel Mongkok provided a vibrant and safe experience in the heart of Hong Kong.

Conveniently located near public transportation and numerous dining options. Comfortable beds and clean facilities. Friendly and helpful staff made for a pleasant stay. Would recommend for those looking for a no-frills, affordable option in the city.

During my recent stay at the conveniently located Metropark Hotel Mongkok, I was incredibly impressed with the helpfulness and professionalism of the staff. Mr. Edwin Choi, the head of concierge, went above and beyond to ensure that my luggage and I were well taken care of. Additionally, Amber at the front desk provided exceptional service and made sure my stay was comfortable. I appreciated being able to check in early after a long flight, and the fact that my room was close to my sister's on the same floor. Having stayed at this hotel for the past five years during our annual visits to Hong Kong, I can confidently say that the location, comfortable rooms, and helpful staff are what keep us coming back. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location and the remarkable service provided by the staff.

I had a great 4-day stay with my best friend at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a 3-minute walk to the nearest MTR station. We loved that we could easily walk back to the hotel from Mongkok at night, enjoying the cool winter weather. The service was excellent, and even though we didn't have breakfast at the hotel, we enjoyed delicious dim sum at one of the on-site restaurants. The cleanliness of the room and the convenient access to the MTR were definite highlights.

I stayed at this place for the second time and I must say, I was impressed once again. The location is excellent, just a short walk away from the nearest MTR station, making it very convenient to get around the city. There are also plenty of public transportation options and a wide variety of food choices nearby. The staff here are very friendly and helpful, with special mention to Mr. Jimmy Chan who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The room was clean and spacious, and all the facilities worked well. I felt safe and well taken care of during my stay.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel that exceeded all my expectations. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the major tourist spots. The hotel was surrounded by fantastic restaurants, including a popular one just around the corner. I loved being close to Fa Yuen market, where I could explore and try delicious local food. The room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was spacious with all the necessary amenities. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff who made me feel welcome. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and was a great way to start the day. an incredible experience!

Location is unbeatable! A21 airport bus stops right in front. Several Michelin restaurants within walking distance. Clean, comfortable room with spacious bathroom. I'd recommend this hotel!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly polite and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They provided excellent service with a smile, which was truly refreshing. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect. It was just a short 3-minute walk from the Prince Edward MTR Station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. There were also many local cafés and restaurants nearby, as well as a 24-hour convenience shop just a couple of minutes away. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and it was incredibly quiet, even during heavy rain. The curtains were effective in blocking out sunlight for a great night's sleep, and the bed was comfortable with a soft and fluffy quilt. The bathroom was clean and had a good shower with perfect hot water and drainage. The air-conditioning was also excellent, providing cool and fresh air without any unwanted smells. The hotel's concierge service was also commendable, as they helped me book a maxi cab to the airport and even assisted with loading my luggage.

the room was compact but comfortable, with a good quality bed and a cupboard with a safety box. the water pressure in the shower was fantastic, and the towels were thick and clean. the gym had a good selection of equipment, including treadmills, cardio machines, dumbbells, and yoga mats. the hotel staff, particularly Henry from concierge, were extremely helpful and courteous. the location was excellent, with easy access to public transportation and a short walk to bus stops.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the metro which made getting around very easy. There were also popular markets nearby which I enjoyed browsing through. Despite being in a slightly run-down area, this hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The staff were excellent and provided top-notch customer service. From the bell boy to the receptionist, everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room amenities were also very good, with air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a safe all provided. The fitness centre was a nice bonus too.

Overall I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone.
