My recent stay at MGM Cotai was absolutely fantastic. The rooms were beautifully designed with modern touches and had all the high-tech amenities I could ask for. I particularly enjoyed the touch controls for the lights and other features in the room - it was like living in a smart home! Another great perk was the complimentary beverages in the fridge, which was a pleasant surprise. The location of the hotel was also perfect, with easy access to everything in Cotai. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

The hotel staff promptly directed us to their in-house doctor who provided attentive care for my skin allergy. The hotel followed up multiple times to ensure my well-being. Impressive lobby design with vertical greening and art collection. Enjoyable dining experience. Proximity to other casinos.

This hotel exceeded all my luxurious needs and desires. the exclusive amenities, such as the spa centre and swimming pool, were exceptional. the service from all the staff was extremely attentive and professional. the restaurant served the most delicious food, and the in-room breakfast was a real treat to wake up to. the location advantages of this venue were also a plus.

the check-in process was a little bit disorganized, and the staff could have been better trained.

High-tech room, touch controls, excellent facilities, free beverages, nice and sweet staff, smart phone controls.

During our Christmas stay, we were impressed with the beautiful decor and artistic ambiance of the lobby. the vertical greening and slide shows added a nice touch to the overall atmosphere. We enjoyed dining at the hotel's restaurant and the free touring of some of the art pieces was a nice touch. the gym had brand new equipment and the spa was relaxing and well-maintained.

some of the staff members seemed to be undertrained and had difficulty communicating in languages other than putonghua. Finally, the size of the swimming pool was quite small.
