The hotel had everything - from a buffet breakfast to an indoor pool, sauna, and fitness center. Plus, there was a hair salon and a Japanese restaurant!

Oh, and they forgot to mention the elevated walkway and concierge services, guess it was supposed to be a surprise! How thoughtful.

the room service was a nice touch, with daily cleaning and complimentary water bottles for my mom and me. the kitchen was also a plus, although we didn't have a chance to use it during our short stay. the hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Had an amazing experience staying here over the new year! The apartment was spacious and clean, with a fantastic view of the city/park area from the large windows in each room. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to cook our own meals and save money. The location was unbeatable, just a short walk away from the metro station and attractions like Yuyuan Gardens and the Bund.

Although our overall experience was great, we did encounter a minor issue. On our first night, we spotted a cockroach in the room.

The apartment is situated in a bustling area, making it easy to access other attractions. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and a washing machine. The staff is friendly and speaks English. There is also a pool and a fast laundry service available.

Some of the staff members at the reception lacked friendliness, and there were a few issues with the room cleanliness.

I recently stayed at New Harbour Service Apartments in Shanghai for a week. The apartment had fantastic views towards the Bund, especially at night. The beds were comfortable and even though the kitchen area was small, it was sufficient. I loved the local neighborhood, with its authentic shops and local people. There was a supermarket nearby and plenty of street food options.

I do recommend this hotel.

Our recent stay at New Harbour Service was fantastic! The location is unbeatable, right in the city center and close to the subway. The apartment itself was cozy and nicely decorated, with a comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom. The staff at reception spoke fluent English and were very helpful. We also appreciated having an ATM in the reception hall. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and the kitchen was well-equipped. I highly recommend New Harbour Service Apartments for a great stay in Shanghai.

our second trip to shanghai was extraordinary, thanks to an amazing stay at a cozy apartment. we were impressed by the spacious room, separate bedroom, and convenient location near supermarkets and a halal Chinese restaurant. the friendly staff and quick taxi service made exploring the city a breeze.

We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect, within walking distance to People Park and the Bund. We loved being near Dashijie Metro Station, where there were plenty of food options available around the clock. It was also convenient to walk to attractions like Yuyuan Garden and Nanjing Road shopping belt. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, situated in a real Chinese area with small alleys, allowing us to truly experience the local culture. The central area made it easy for us to explore and get around the city. The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to fulfill any request we had, whether it was room service, laundry or airport shuttle. The room amenities were impressive, with everything from a mini-bar to a balcony to a dining table. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great convenience and allowed us to stay connected throughout our stay. The hotel also had fantastic leisure facilities, including an indoor swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi, which provided the perfect way to unwind after a long day of exploration. our experience at this hotel was truly exceptional.

The apartment we stayed in during our city break was great. It had all the facilities we needed; from the A/C in all rooms and the washing machine, to the comfortable beds and the well-equipped bathroom. Plus, the staff were really friendly and always ready to help us navigate the area. the location also couldn't be better - it was right near the local markets and had plenty of great dining options nearby.

While most things were really good, there were a few downsides. One of the main issues was that the breakfast coffee was a bit poor.
