Recently redecorated, looks new. Close to TianAnMen Square. Convenient location, but high prices in surrounding area. Limited English spoken by staff. Nice decorations. Walking distance to Forbidden City and metro stations. Difficult to find at night. Big, comfortable, clean rooms with nice bath tub. Close to shopping and restaurants. Close to sights. Comfortable bed and clean room. Effective air conditioning. Helpful tour company within. 5min walk to station, near great food.

We had a fantastic stay here. The location was amazing, with two subway entrances and many bus options nearby. Plus, the main bus to the Great Wall Badaling started just a short distance away. There were plenty of nice restaurants and local activities around, including the Laoshe Tea House which offered martial arts shows. The hotel room was a good size and was cleaned daily. They provided us with fresh towels and water bottles every day, which was a nice touch.

In summary, we would highly recommend this hotel to families.

It is also pretty close to the Qianmen subway station, providing easy access to transportation. being situated in a pedestrian commercial area allows guests to have a variety of shops and restaurants nearby.

We were delighted with the location of Beijing Palace Hotel on Qianmen Street. It was conveniently close to the Qianmen subway station and there was plenty to do in the area. The hotel's set up of the room was decent, and we appreciated the daily room cleaning and the provision of all toiletries. Despite the small drawbacks we experienced, we would recommend this hotel.

Perfect location in the heart of old Beijing, walking distance to major tourist attractions and great restaurants. the modern decoration and amenities provided in the hotel gave it an edge of comfort and luxury. the staff was friendly and helpful when it came to answering questions and giving directions around the area.

The lack of windows in some of the rooms was a downside, as it made the space feel stuffy and cramped. the language barrier was a bit of a challenge as not all staff members spoke English fluently, which made communication difficult at times.
