Great Stay at Asia Pacific Service!

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at Asia Pacific Service. The rooms were cozy with a nice view from the 24th floor. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were humble and helpful. There were also many pubs and a nearby departmental store for convenience. The clean and well-maintained place made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I chose this hotel for my visit to Dalian with my family. The facilities were great, spacious, and clean. Check-in was fast, and the staff spoke good English. The family deluxe room was perfect, with three rooms, a living room, and a kitchen area. The location was very convenient, just 8 minutes walk from Gangwan metro station.

Great location for city trip with excellent staff service. Easy to get around with a subway nearby. there are several local shops and restaurants within walking distance. the apartment was cleaned daily.

Air conditioning was not functioning correctly and needed maintenance. there was a lot of noise from outside in the evening.

The service apartment had spacious and comfortable two bedrooms, with separate dining and living areas. It was well-equipped with a kitchenette, including a fridge, microwave, stove, and all cooking and eating utensils. The central location made getting around and shopping easy, with many F&B outlets and convenience stores nearby. The staff, especially Ms Linda and Ms Alice, were extremely helpful and attended to all our needs during our stay.

The staff at this apartment were absolutely fantastic! They went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. They even helped me track down my lost bag and returned it to me within a short time. the location was also very convenient, close to the airport and other attractions. Additionally, the apartment had comfortable and spacious accommodations, perfect for a relaxing stay.

The only downside was that the shower in the apartment was smaller than usual. But overall, it didn't pose much of a problem and didn't affect my stay negatively at all.

During our New Year stay, we were pleased with a few aspects of the hotel. the front office staff were helpful in providing recommendations for places of interest and restaurants in the area. They also assisted us in checking in for our flight online, which was convenient. Secondly, the location of the hotel was excellent, as it was in close proximity to other popular hotels in the area. Additionally, we enjoyed the fact that the rooms had been recently renovated and appeared clean.

There were some negative aspects that affected our experience. the housekeeping department staff were not as attentive to the room facilities as we would have liked.
