This hotel was absolutely mind-blowing! The service-oriented staff went the extra mile to make my stay super comfortable. The rooms were spotlessly clean with amazing facilities like the in-room washing machine-dryer combo. The pool and saunas were kept impeccably clean, and no carpeting meant no dirt or odors. The location was jaw-droppingly convenient, surrounded by restaurants, shopping centers, and street food vendors. The well-mannered staff took care of all my needs and the breakfast, although good, could have been better. The large and well-equipped room had everything I needed, including free Wi-Fi, a car park, and a fully-equipped kitchen with a dryer, electric kettle. The air conditioning worked perfectly and the flat-screen TV was a nice touch. The hotel's lift, exercise gym, bar/lounge area, and restaurant were all fantastic. If there was a swimming pool, it would have made my stay even better. an unforgettable experience at this conveniently located hotel with the most helpful staff!

Some taxi drivers had difficulty finding the hotel, even with the address in Chinese. The breakfast options were mainly Chinese food and lacked variety.

The location was absolutely incredible, with Jiefang Monument, Jiefangbei Square, and Chaotianmen all within easy walking distance. The front office staff was excellent, and they quickly resolved an issue with the air-conditioner in our room. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to an apartment with a sitting room and kitchen area, which made us feel right at home. The hotel was perfectly situated for exploring street stalls and enjoying the riverfront eating area. We loved it so much that we re-booked and stayed there again after our Yangtze cruise. Chongqing is a buzzing city that we strongly recommend!
