We had a fantastic stay at Somerset. The rooms were spacious and clean, with amazing views of the city. The rooftop garden on the 34th floor was the perfect spot to enjoy the night view with a drink in hand. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The breakfast had a good variety of options, although it could have had more choices compared to other Somerset hotels we stayed at during our trip.

I stayed at Somerset Riverview for a week with my family and had a wonderful time. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially in the dining area. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a great view of the city and river. The location was perfect, with everything within walking distance. There's even a 7-11 and a nice coffee place downstairs. The highlight was definitely the breakfast, which had a good variety of options. great value and a comfortable stay.

As adventure travelers, we loved the breathtaking views from the rooms and rooftop at this hotel. The non-smoking suites on the upper floors were comfortable, spacious, and provided a great stay. The breakfast options, both Chinese and continental, were delicious, and the coffee was excellent. The friendly staff, including Mr. Paul and Mr. Wilfred at the front desk, were patient and professional, ensuring our needs were met. The efficiency and politeness of the technician team and doorman made us feel right at home.

The highlight was the commendable way our complaint about the air-conditioning was handled by upper management, who provided us accommodation at their sister property. Their fluent English and customer-centric approach made the experience even better.

Couldn't stay longer.

Great location near subway stations and with easy access to public transportation. the gym facilities were awesome and well-equipped. the bed in the spacious room was comfortable, and despite the notice about construction in the area, the room was peaceful and quiet. the late check-out option until 2pm was greatly appreciated.

The staff at the front desk seemed impatient and not very knowledgeable. There was also a lack of clarity regarding the wifi password.
