I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the center of old town Cartagena. It was a great area, close to all the action but away from the noise. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a modern design. The bathroom had a rainfall shower and was luxurious. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options and was delicious. I also loved the fact that I could use the facilities of the sister hotel, including their amazing pool.

That the cost of meals, room service, and the mini-bar was quite high.

One morning, I arrived before breakfast started, and the staff member named Jorge warmly greeted me with a smile and a cup of coffee. The next day, he remembered exactly how I liked my coffee and had it ready for me with that same friendly smile. It made me feel so welcome and taken care of during my stay. The spacious and beautifully decorated room, with its comfortable bed and stunning sea views, also added to the overall wonderful experience. Plus, being able to use the facilities at the nearby Santa Clara hotel was a bonus. I highly recommend Boutique Bovedas De Santa Clara By Accor for a delightful and memorable stay.

From the moment I entered this hotel, I felt the luxury and exclusivity that I was seeking. the service was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to fulfill my needs. the spa centre and outdoor swimming pool were breathtaking, and I enjoyed spending time there. I also loved the restaurant's delicious buffet breakfast and the in-room breakfast service. the room's exclusive amenities, including the essential oil diffuser and L'Occitane bath products, were perfect for my relaxing stay. this hotel exceeded my expectations and made for a fantastic experience.

While the food was delicious, the restaurant buffet was not as comprehensive as I had hoped, and the dinner options weren't impressive.

Nothing it was perfect.

The breakfast was great with fresh fruits, juices, and pastries. the staff was very friendly and accommodating. the location was perfect as it was within walking distance to restaurants and close to the airport. We enjoyed having access to the amenities of the sister hotel across the street.

Our room lacked natural light as the windows were sealed for air conditioning. It would have been nice to have a balcony to enjoy the view.
