we had such a fantastic experience at this hotel! the breakfast spread was absolutely amazing. they had a variety of delicious options, including both local and international dishes. the staff were exceptional, especially Christian and Natalia who went above and beyond to make our stay special. the pool, recreation, and spa facilities were outstanding, perfect for families on a budget. there were plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained, and the restaurant and service were also great. overall, we had an incredible time and will definitely be returning.

I just had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the staff were absolutely fantastic, always going above and beyond to assist me. the concierge staff in particular were extremely helpful, spending a good amount of time helping me with my airline issues. I cannot express how grateful I am for their support. the event organization department and personnel were outstanding, helping me plan and execute a complete celebration just two days before the event. the pool, recreation, and spa facilities were impressive, offering a variety of activities for families on a budget. the restaurant and service were also great, and there were plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby.

Additionally, the pool and recreation facilities were impressive, with options like ping pong, pool tables, and two swimming pools to keep us entertained.

There were a few downsides to our stay. the bed was quite hard, which made it a bit uncomfortable to sleep on.

Good My recent stay at this luxury hotel was top, notch. the exclusive amenities like the spa, sauna, and outdoor swimming pool exceeded our expectations. the fantastic massage was worth every penny. the attentive staff made us feel pampered , they were always available to provide exceptional service. the room was spacious and well, appointed, with a beautiful view from our private balcony.

Bad the only minor downside was the lack of continental breakfast options. Although the breakfast was top, notch, with plenty of delicious choices to satisfy our hunger, a continental breakfast would have been a nice addition.
