The hotel is conveniently located near the port, making it a great choice for those arriving by cruise ship. there is a mall nearby, perfect for shopping or grabbing a quick bite to eat. The beach is just a short walk away, allowing guests to easily enjoy the beautiful coastline. The hotel is also close enough to Old Town, making it convenient for exploring the city's historic sites. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean, providing a pleasant stay for guests. The breakfast offers a wide range of delicious food options. There is also a swimming pool and gym available for guests to use.

The hotel could improve in terms of soundproofing, as noise from neighboring rooms can be heard at times.

There were a lot of issues during my stay at this hotel. the elevators were often locked, causing a delay in reaching my room.

The views from the higher floors were breathtaking, particularly of the ocean. We were also impressed with the valet parking service, which was fast and free. Additionally, the bartender on the 15th floor made the best caipirinha we've had outside of Brazil.

We were disappointed to find that the pool was under construction without any prior notice. This was a major letdown as we were looking forward to enjoying it during our romantic escape.

The doormen provided excellent service and were always helpful. We loved the convenient location of this hotel, just a short distance from the convention center and a quick ride to the airport and port. The room amenities were superb, including ironing facilities and free toiletries. The staff were attentive and accommodating, especially the restaurant staff. The spa and wellness center were perfect for relaxation, offering a sauna, outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and massages.

We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at the Estelar hotel in Cartagena. Our room on the 46th floor had a stunning view of the Caribbean Sea and the port. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options. We loved spending our days by the pool, enjoying the calm music and sipping on tasty cocktails. The hotel staff was exceptional, always kind and helpful. They even went above and beyond to provide a charger for my mom who had forgotten hers. We had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The Estelar Cartagena de Indias Hotel exceeded expectations with its friendly staff, incredible facilities including a beautiful pool and spa, and a great location near the Old City and beach. The highest sky bar in Cartagena provided stunning views and a memorable sunset experience.

I stayed at this hotel for two days and it exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was superb with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The hotel is a big surprise with amazing views and spacious, clean rooms. The staff is polite and goes out of their way to serve you with a smile.
