The hotel is conveniently located near popular attractions such as Floridablanca, Girón, and the Botanical Garden. Guests can enjoy a delicious and varied breakfast with excellent coffee served by friendly waiters. The rooms are comfortable and clean, providing a pleasant stay for guests.

One downside is that some taxi drivers may have difficulty finding the hotel, but the front desk staff is always ready to assist in arranging transportation.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions such as Floridablanca and Panachi. The breakfast provided was absolutely fantastic, with a generous variety of options to choose from. The staff was attentive and always eager to assist us, ensuring that we had a pleasant dining experience. The room itself was new, clean, and modern, providing us with a spacious and comfortable environment. We particularly enjoyed the peaceful view of the guadua grove, away from any traffic noise. we were extremely satisfied with the amenities and services offered at this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at Ventura! The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions like Floridablanca, Panachi, Girón, the Botanical Garden, and Bucaramanga. The breakfast was delicious, and the waiters were always attentive. Despite a small issue with the hot water, the staff was great. I highly recommend this hotel.

During my Christmas stay, we enjoyed two great amenities offered by this hotel. the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable from day one. the hotel is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood, which made our holidays both peaceful and pleasant. the best feature of the hotel, however, was the free breakfast, which was delicious and a great way to start our day.

Although we enjoyed our stay at the hotel, there were a few downsides. the bathroom in our room did not have enough hot water, which was uncomfortable during the chilly winter nights.
