As trekkers and a group of friends, we really enjoyed the excellent-sized swimming pool and gym/spa facilities. The location in a safe, modern area and its proximity to the vibrant bars and action of El Poblado made it a convenient and enjoyable stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, and some could speak English, which made our experience even better.

Great hotel for a Christmas trip! Our room was spacious and well-maintained, with a nice upgrade option. the breakfast had a variety of choices, including fresh fruits and delicious pastries. the location was convenient, close to a shopping center for any last-minute Christmas shopping needs. We also enjoyed the pool and gym facilities, perfect for relaxing and staying active during the holiday season.

One downside was the noise from the AC unit in our room, which made a clunking sound every few minutes. It was a bit annoying, especially during the night.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect balance of softness and firmness for a great night's sleep. The spacious and clean room had a modern design and a nice shower. The location was excellent, in a quiet area but still close to the Santa Fe mall and many restaurants. The staff were friendly, always with a smile and ready to help. The breakfast was excellent, and I appreciated the fact that most of the staff spoke English.

The hotel is well located near restaurants and a good walk to the Zona Rosa. The staff, including desk agent Juan and reception staff Santiago, were wonderful. The lobby has a rotating gallery of local art and the rooms are comfortable. The open spaces and greenery are appealing.

The staff made me feel very comfortable and went above and beyond to assist me.

Our room had a problem with the lock but the staff immediately fixed it and offered us a free breakfast. The pool area is great and the gym is decent. Overall I would recommend staying here for the value.
