From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the beauty of this property. Nestled in lush greenery, the hotel is surrounded by stunning gardens and a variety of colorful birds. The delightful presence of bird wildlife, including hummingbirds and a resident macaw, added an extra charm to our stay. We were able to relax and unwind by the campfire and the inviting pool, surrounded by the natural beauty of the surroundings. The hotel's location in the coffee region allowed us to experience the tranquility and serenity of the area while being close to local attractions.

We got great value for our money at Sazagua Hotel Boutique. The room was amazing, well-decorated and clean, with a large bathroom and a rain shower. The location in a gated community felt like a peaceful country retreat, with beautiful gardens and lush surroundings. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and English-speaking, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was if they had more vegetarian options available.

Convenient location for exploring Eje Cafetero. Tasteful decor, exquisite food, and excellent service. In-laws joined us after canceling other reservations. Memorable tours catered to our every need. Ambiance and service made this place one of our favorites.

We loved the beautiful surroundings and remote feeling of the hotel. It was perfectly located in the middle of the Coffee Triangle, making it convenient to explore the region. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great romantic escape.

One of the downsides was the noise from the nearby construction site, which could get quite disruptive at times. Additionally, the reception closing at 10 pm was a bit annoying, especially since the night guard didn't speak English.

From the start to the end of our stay, Sazagua was amazing. Beautiful place, amazing rooms, big green garden with birds and plants, spectacular. Staff amazing, very helpful. Kevin made our stay amazing, friendly, helpful, well organized. Fantastic tips for an amazing experience. Delicious, local food.

I recently stayed at a beautiful property in Pereira for 3 nights. The hotel staff members were AMAZING! They were welcoming, friendly, helpful, and took time to engage us in conversations. The property was well-maintained and quiet, allowing us to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The spacious pool and delicious food selection added to the overall experience. I also loved that we were able to bring our dog Lola and enjoy the facilities together. It was a time to rest and have quality time with family.

Guests can enjoy watching the birds flitting about the trees by the restaurant, creating a delightful atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with well-appointed bathrooms. The attentive staff provides excellent service, and the breakfast is a delicious start to the day. The hotel also offers a range of facilities for guests to enjoy.

The walls in the rooms can be a bit thin, allowing for some noise disturbance from neighboring rooms.

Despite the luxury atmosphere, the noise from the nearby main road disrupted the tranquility of the garden at times. the hotel's organized trips and taxi services were quite expensive.

We also loved that the hotel was located just 15 minutes away from the city, making it convenient for exploring the surrounding area.

The only downside was that our room was located right near the kitchen, which meant we could hear the normal kitchen noises starting early in the morning. It wasn't too disruptive, but we had to use earplugs to get a good night's sleep.

Our full body massage was an unforgettable experience, the Spa lounge was serene and the jacuzzi was blissful. the restaurant and bar/lounge area offered a delightful selection of meals and drinks, including in-room breakfast, packed lunches and dinner with the option for BBQ facilities in a beautiful garden area.

this did not affect our overall experience since we were captivated by the stunning garden area and public bath.
