The location was further out of town than we anticipated, and walking was quite difficult due to the lack of proper pavement and lighting. the A/C system in our room was quite noisy, which made sleeping a bit challenging at times.

Additionally, the hotel had parking available, which was a bonus for me as I had a car.

As a tourist, I loved the tranquil ambiance and the breathtaking view of the volcano from the pool. The staff was friendly and supportive, and they even provided a crib for us. The breakfast served in the garden was delicious and huge, and we enjoyed spotting various bird species, including hummingbirds, right from our breakfast table. The hotel's location was also excellent, being close to La Fortuna yet in a quieter area. Moreover, the place was well decorated and clean, offering all the essential amenities and more.

This hotel is located outside the busy center, but still very close to the city center, making it perfect for a peaceful stay. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is amazing, just like the reviews say. We also loved the basic amenities provided in the rooms, making our stay comfortable.

Our bungalow was spacious and conveniently located near the swimming pool. the surrounding grounds were filled with beautiful trees and tropical bird life, creating a serene atmosphere. the staff at the hotel were incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They even lent us a coffee maker to accommodate our early mornings with our baby. the location of the hotel was ideal, just a short walk from the center of town, allowing for a peaceful and less touristy experience. We enjoyed exploring the wildlife on the Bogarin trail and the exhilarating white water rafting. Casona Rustica was the perfect place for our family, and we are grateful for the excellent service provided by Erick and the entire staff.

The staff were friendly and attentive, always willing to offer suggestions and assist with any needs. The room I stayed in was clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The delicious breakfast every morning was a great way to start the day, with homemade juices using fresh fruits. The hotel also had great facilities, including a refreshing pool and stunning views of the surrounding area. my experience was fantastic and I would highly recommend staying here.

I did notice that the room could benefit from more lighting, as it was quite dark even with all the lights on.

I had a lovely stay at this cozy property in a quiet area close to the city center. the staff at Casona Rustica & Bungalow were extremely helpful and kind. They offered a delicious breakfast with three different options every day and even changed the towels daily. I especially appreciated the special touch of the cleaning lady decorating the towels on the beds in a different way each day. the rooms and bathrooms were well-maintained, which was a nice change from other places I've stayed at.

We enjoyed the varied and fresh breakfast, and the staff were extremely attentive. the hotel also provided helpful guidance for our tours. the hotel's proximity to a gas station and market was convenient.
