We had an amazing stay here at this hotel. The location is perfect, nestled in a nice area of San José that feels safe and secure. It's right next to the 21st street where there are a lot of bars and restaurants to explore. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, making sure that all our needs were met. They even offer services like car hire, housekeeping, and grocery shopping, which enhanced our comfort and convenience during our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a lovely terrace and garden furniture where we could relax and unwind. The swimming pool was a great bonus, perfect for a refreshing dip after a long day of exploring. The hotel also has a bar and a restaurant, serving delicious breakfast and snacks. We were truly impressed by the range of amenities and services available at this hotel.

We loved the 4 bed female dorm at this hostel! The beds had curtains, plugs, and reading lights, giving us privacy and convenience. The large lockers under the bed easily accommodated our large backpacks. The location was great, close to central San Jose and supermarkets. The atmosphere was lively, with cool murals and a nice bar area to meet other travelers. The garden was spacious and green, perfect for hanging out and relaxing. As vegetarians and vegans, we appreciated the delicious meals provided by the restaurant. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, answering all our questions and even confirming our airport ride. The tour office was a great resource, and we enjoyed the early morning coffee.

The beautiful garden with a swimming pool was a highlight. The interior of the hostel was tastefully decorated. Bathrooms and rooms were clean. The hostel had its own restaurant, and there was also a kitchen available for guests to use. The outdoor area was perfect for relaxing and socializing, creating opportunities to meet new people.

We loved the cozy atmosphere and outdoor common areas. Even though we had a late flight, we were able to check-in and relax by the pool. The bar staff were friendly, and the free coffee in the morning was a nice touch. overall, we had a great stay and would recommend to others.

The hostel had a great atmosphere and plenty of lounging areas both inside and outside. There were always plenty of places to sit and relax, whether it was in the indoor lounge with computers and a TV with Netflix, or outside by the pool on the lounge chairs, picnic tables, or hammocks. the variety of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the kitchen was impressive. However, the staff could be more consistent in making the choices available.

The customer service at the hostel was poor and the staff was often rude and unwelcoming. They lacked communication skills and seemed more interested in receiving payments.

It was the perfect place for me to relax, socialize, and get some work done. The WiFi was great, which was a huge bonus for me. The staff here were super friendly and helpful, and they really went above and beyond to help me plan my entire trip.
