The view from the cabins was absolutely stunning, with beautiful gardens surrounding them. the thermal pool area was a highlight, offering a super relaxing experience. Proximity to the city was also convenient.

The cabins were a bit dark and could use some brighter lighting. the wifi was a bit irregular, causing some inconvenience.

This hotel is truly a hidden gem nestled below the Arenal Volcano. The rooms are equipped with remote-controlled AC units and a terrace with a wonderful volcano view. The breakfast included in the stay has fresh hot options and a perfect view of the volcano.

As a solo female traveler, I found the location of this hotel to be perfect. It was secluded enough to be away from the busyness of downtown and yet close enough to Arenal restaurants. The accommodations were comfortable and the gardens were host to many colourful birds. The staff went out of their way to assist me with recommendations for restaurants and even made reservations for me. The hot spring pool was definitely a highlight, and the view of the volcano was incredible.

Service at the bar seemed to be a bit slow.

The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring the area. It's conveniently situated for being picked up by shuttles or taxis to go on tours, and it's just a short drive into the little town with its charming restaurants and pretty square by the church. the hotel is surrounded by beautiful flowers and plants, creating a lovely atmosphere.

The wifi can be a bit unreliable at times.

Amazing views of the nearby volcano. Great breakfast served by the pool with delicious food and beautiful surroundings. - the bungalows were charming and comfortable, with a king bed and a double bed. - the pool was conveniently located near our bungalow. Location: Short drive to nearby restaurants and activities. Advantage: Secluded and quiet property, perfect for relaxation.

Lack of closet space in the bungalow, causing our belongings to be scattered. Limited activity options at the hotel.

The hotel had amazing facilities including comfortable and clean rooms, a hot-spring pool with a swim-up bar, and a regular pool. Great location for tours, taxis, and exploring the nearby restaurants and square. Helpful staff and delicious Costa Rican-style breakfast.

The pool and hot spring were amazing! I loved swimming in the warm water and enjoying a refreshing drink from the swim-up bar. The location near the parks is very convenient for exploring. Despite the small portions, the breakfast was tasty. recommended.

I loved the value for my money at this hotel! The rooms were cozy and had stunning views of Arenal volcano. The staff went above and beyond to help us, even cutting the fruit we bought from the market. The bed was super comfortable, with an extra throw for added coziness.

The food for breakfast could have been better, maybe a wider variety or a better quality buffet.

Hotel has a quiet location near attractions such as La Fortuna waterfall and Lake Arenal. Wake up early to the beautiful sounds of nature.

The breakfast was decent and they offered complimentary coffee and tea at all times. the location was convenient as it was close to several places of interest. We also enjoyed the view from our room.

The room we stayed in was not well-maintained. the bathroom was dirty and the shower didn't work properly.
