I couldn't believe the value for money at Peace & Lodge. The room was cozy and clean, with stunning views of the ocean and mountains. The staff treated us like family, always kind and helpful.

We had an incredible stay at this peaceful and luxurious lodge. the views were absolutely breathtaking, overlooking the ocean and Playa Carillo. With only 5 bungalows, it was a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. the facilities were top-notch, and we even had the unique experience of showering while enjoying the stunning sea views. the owner, Laura, was a delightful and welcoming host. She paid attention to every detail, ensuring that our stay was perfect. the food was excellent, with a blend of local ingredients and French culinary expertise. We can't recommend Peace & Lodge enough for a truly unforgettable experience.

I had an amazing stay at this boutique hotel. The rooms were comfy, clean, and had a nice view of the surrounding mountains and the ocean. The hotel facilities, including the pool and bar area, were spot on and designed with excellent taste. The location was particularly close to the beach, which was convenient for spending time by the water. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel happy and relaxed.

I was impressed by their willingness to assist us when we had a small issue with our car, personally driving us up the hill on their quad to witness a stunning sunset. The food at the hotel was delicious, and the service was professional and caring. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a serene retreat. Additionally, the flexibility with the checkout allowed us to maximize our time by the pool before heading to the airport. I had an unforgettable experience at this top-notch hotel. The room design lacks functionality, with no bug screens on the windows and some windows that cannot be closed, creating an insect highway.

The delicious breakfast, with options of a typical Costa Rican or European style, was a delightful start to the day. The view from the pool was simply magnificent, offering a perfect spot to relax and soak in the beauty of the surroundings.

While our stay was amazing overall, there were a few drawbacks. the road leading up to the hotel was quite challenging, especially if you didn't have a 4-wheel drive vehicle.
