The staff is outstanding, providing excellent service and going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The breakfast is delicious and varied, with attention to guests' dietary requirements. The views from the balcony and pool terrace are stunning, adding to the overall experience.

Breakfast could have been served earlier or had a real coffee option available, as some guests prefer an early start with a proper cup of coffee.

Our room and terrace offered stunning views, and the entire property was quiet and comfortable. Despite the peaceful atmosphere, it only took us a short 5-7 minute walk to reach downtown and the waterfront.

The view from our balcony was absolutely stunning, overlooking the harbor and offering a breathtaking sight. the staff at the hotel were fantastic, always friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the delicious breakfast spread, with a great variety of options including freshly made hot dishes.

The noise from the construction happening nearby, starting as early as 7am. It was quite disruptive, especially for those looking to get some rest and relax.

Spent a wonderful Christmas holiday at a hotel with exceptional service. Buffet breakfast was delicious with a variety of home-made treats and cooked items made to order. the location was superb, just a short 10-minute walk to the waterfront with stunning views of the sea and mountains. the hotel was immaculate, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. the outdoor pool was also fantastic, and the view was breathtaking. the complimentary tortoises in the garden were adorable and added to the charm of the place.

It was a bit of a struggle to find the hotel initially due to the lack of signage, but thankfully, our taxi driver was knowledgeable about the area. Once we arrived and settled in, we realised that the hotel was situated on a hill, so the walk back may be challenging for some.

The views from the hotel were absolutely breathtaking. Despite being located uphill, the regular bus service made it easy to reach. The hotel itself was immaculate and the breakfast was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond for my vegetarian wife. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable.

The nearby construction work did cause some noise disturbance in the mornings. The bed was quite hard and the pillows were not very comfortable.

We appreciated the option for laundry services, as well as the airport shuttle which made our arrival and departure seamless. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The mini-bar was well-stocked and the sitting area provided a cozy space to relax. We also enjoyed spending time on the terrace, equipped with comfortable garden furniture.

Explored the lovely village of Cavtat and dined at a nearby restaurant by the water. Convenient ferry service to Dubrovnik Old Town. a great experience.
