The hotel had a stunning historical building and a beautiful territory with sea views. The spacious rooms with incredible views and a perfect location made our stay even better. The staff was friendly and the food and drinks were great.

Lovely hotel with ocean view

We loved the hotel's cleanliness and the variety of facilities available. The hotel has a parking area and convenient transportation options. The location is ideal, within a 10-minute walk from the Old Town and Riva. We enjoyed the lovely conservatory with waitress service, leading down to a small lawn-terrace with sunbeds on grass amid palms. Additionally, being right next to the most famous beach in the city was a great advantage. The breakfast provided was excellent and the staff was extremely helpful throughout our stay.

For the price we paid, we got excellent value. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, including iron, tea/coffee, and daily water replenishment. The location was fantastic, just a short 15-minute walk to the old town and right on the beach. The staff at Park were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

As for breakfast choices, it would have been nice to see more variety.

We initially planned to stay at an AirBNB nearby but had trouble contacting the owner. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, even though we weren't guests yet. We returned that night and booked for 3 nights due to the A/C issue in our AirBNB. The customer service was outstanding. The breakfast was exceptional, with options like caviar on eggs, smoked salmon, and lattes made to order. The front desk staff were fantastic, and the public areas and rooms were beautiful. The split-level room was perfect for our family of 3, well-appointed and had everything we needed. The pool was a refreshing escape from the heat. we felt really welcome and enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely nothing

The location was perfect, with a small beach just 30 seconds away and the old harbor a 15-minute walk. The hotel staff were amazing, from the reception to the breakfast and spa staff. The breakfast was exceptional, with a combination of buffet and a la carte options. The outdoor pool was lovely and relaxing, and the terrace with a small plunge pool was a great place to unwind. The concierge team was very helpful in arranging airport transfers, and the hotel rooms were comfortable and clean. Highly recommended!

The location in the Bacvice district was perfect – close to the port and the old town. The rooms were comfortable and the modernization of the ground floor was impressive. I loved the terrace, it was a great spot to relax. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the service was polite and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for a short stay in Split.

The only drawback was the small pool area with limited loungers. However, it didn't detract from my overall enjoyable experience.

I booked a stay at Park hotel for our 40th anniversary celebration. The recently renovated hotel is located in a stunning area and exudes charm. The service is top-notch, providing a 5-star experience. The highlight was a romantic table setting with pink decor and complimentary sparkling wine. The staff, from the front desk to dining and housekeeping, were fantastic. Our beach view room was excellent. The breakfast buffet was varied, fresh, and delicious. The staff was friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this jewel of a hotel to all my friends.
