I had a fantastic stay in this city! The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of all the action. It was just a short walk to the bus station and within 15 minutes, I could reach Otrabanda. Plus, there were plenty of restaurants and shops surrounding the hotel, making it incredibly convenient. The room itself was spacious, with a great shower and daily housekeeping. But what I truly loved was the friendly and helpful staff. They made me feel welcome and even provided free coffee in the morning at the lobby.

Best aspects of my stay were the reasonable price and great location. the hotel is close to many restaurants and shopping places which made it convenient for me to explore the area. Additionally, the proximity to Queen Emma bridge was a major plus point as it allowed for easy access to other parts of the city. Lastly, I appreciated that all basic amenities were available, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Worst aspects of my stay were the lack of clear directions to the reception and the cramped elevator. It was quite a challenge to find the reception as there were no signs indicating its location.

The hotel's location is great, within walking distance of everything in the city center, including a really nice beach club. The room was clean, and despite being small, it had most of the necessary facilities. The staff was friendly and accommodating, offering guests a variety of daily shuttles to nearby locations. Breakfast was decent and served in a nice area. Additionally, the view from the higher floors was amazing.

The Wi-Fi was weak and unreliable, making it hard to stay connected.

Additionally, the location of the hotel was great, with many lovely restaurants nearby in this city.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the two complementary treats offered, and the hotel's proximity to the city center and tourist attractions. the continental breakfast was a great way to start the day, and the Christmas lights and decorations around the hotel were a nice touch.
