I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing personal and great services at the hotel. The included breakfast was really good, although I wished they had fresh bread and better coffee quality. The room had everything I needed and was clean. The hotel also offered extra services such as lunch, dinner, free shuttle, free bicycle, gym, and mini golf. it was the best hotel I have ever been to in terms of value!

Although there was a little mix-up with the payment at the reception, it was quickly resolved. However, the lady at the reception seemed a bit hostile towards tourists.

As a light sleeper, I appreciated the quiet and peaceful surroundings of the hotel.

The hotel's location is great, as it is close to the city centre and the embassy area. This makes it convenient for exploring the tourist areas and for those visiting the US Embassy. The rooms are clean and well-presented, with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast offers a good choice and selection. There are also additional facilities such as a gym, games area, and access to bicycles, adding to the overall experience.

The light switches in the room were a bit confusing, with two of them controlling lights in opposing directions.

I loved the value for money, the friendly and helpful staff, the bike hires, and the beautiful view from my room's balcony. The hotel also offered a free shuttle service to the city center, which was very convenient.

I recently had a wonderful stay in Nicosia and it was made even better by choosing this hotel. The hotel's location, nestled in a quiet neighborhood, was just a 20-25 minute walk from the bustling center of town. This allowed me to explore the main tourist street at my own leisure while enjoying a peaceful retreat at the end of the day.

All was just right, no improvements necessary.

Although the hotel was a bit farther away from the city center, the bus stop was conveniently close and there were also bikes available. the breakfast was decent and they had 24/7 access to coffee, tea, juice, and fruits in the dining room. the room had two universal sockets and the air conditioning worked perfectly. the neighborhood was calm and quiet.

The hotel was outdated and poorly maintained. the furniture was old-fashioned and some parts were even falling apart.
