The staff was helpful and friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable, welcome drink with a smile, good food with plenty of options.

The location of the hotel is fantastic as it is very close to the beach, less than 5 minutes on foot. It is also conveniently located close to everything, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The rooms are well-maintained and have a lovely scent, and the towels and beddings are of high quality. The breakfast has a good variety of options and is enjoyable. the common areas of the hotel are clean and well-kept.

The internet connection at the hotel is not reliable.

The hotel had a prime location, making it easy to access different parts of the city. Staff members were friendly and approachable. the room was also clean and comfortable, with good amenities.

Some of the amenities in the room were lacking. In particular, the body lotion and conditioner were missing, and the dispenser only had shower gel and possibly shampoo.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way! The room I booked was upgraded to a superior room, which was spacious and contemporary. The bathroom was spotless with a large walk-in shower. The location was perfect for exploring the area, surrounded by restaurants and bars. George, the General Manager, made us feel very welcome and even went the extra mile for our anniversary weekend by giving us each a glass of bubbly and a discount at the Sage restaurant. The hotel's cleanliness and daily towel changes were commendable. The breakfast had a variety of options and was great value for money.

My only disappointment was that the swimming pool was empty, so I couldn't enjoy a swim during my stay.
