The staff was helpful and attentive. The room was clean and spacious. The pools had bars and the staff was friendly. The food options were great, especially the a la carte restaurants. The daily room cleaning service was efficient.

The hotel offered free Wi-Fi, which was a plus. they provided a complimentary breakfast each morning, which saved us some money. the location was also great, as it was close to many of the popular attractions in the city.

The hotel was not up to par. the room was dirty and outdated, and the staff did not seem to care about our concerns.

We had a fantastic stay at this adults-only resort. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the restaurants at the Grand next door. Our room was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and a lovely balcony. The service from the staff was exceptional, especially at the gourmet Don Pablo restaurant and the beach bar. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The view from our room was stunning, overlooking the quiet pool area.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel were exceptional. the exclusive facilities like the swimming pool, spa and casino were a dream come true. the staff went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. the location was ideal with direct beach access and sun loungers.

The only minor issue we encountered was the limited drink options available during meals. we made up for it by enjoying the unlimited drinks at the bars on the other side of the venue.

The staff is always friendly and willing to help. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The pool areas are relaxing and perfect for soaking up the sun. The food is delicious with lots of variety. 24-hour room service is a convenient option.
