The hotel has a beautiful location with breathtaking ocean views. The food was well-prepared, especially at the a la carte restaurants. The hotel offered a free shuttle to the nearby Cayo Levantado beach.

The pool was small and lacked sufficient shading. the room cleaning service was not always reliable.
