The property was stunning and well-maintained, with beautiful surroundings. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel welcomed and taken care of. the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to the beach and other amenities. Additionally, the variety of bars provided a wide selection of drinks to choose from.

There were some areas that could be improved upon. the cleanliness of the rooms was below par, with mold in the shower and sporadic housekeeping service.

The buffet restaurant had a variety of themed food options, offering something different every day. The large and airy space ensured that I never had to wait for a table. The pool and beach bar staff were friendly, and I never had to wait long for a drink. The gardens were beautiful and well-maintained, and the pool was huge. The food options were good, and the pool bar was great.

The staff at Punta Cana Princess really went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant. Rosy was amazing and the entire team was friendly and professional. The pool and entertainment options were great, and the pina coladas were delicious. The food, including the buffet and independent restaurants, was of high quality. The beach was beautiful and there were plenty of umbrella chairs for everyone to have their own space. The shuttle to the neighboring hotel for club access was convenient.

I had a great stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect - right in front of the beach and away from the main action so it was nice and quiet. The service was incredible - from the room service to the car hire to the housekeeping, everyone was so helpful. The room amenities were fantastic with a mini-bar that was restocked daily and a sitting area and terrace that provided a great view of the beautiful garden. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in the rooms - it was quick and reliable. The staff was so welcoming and friendly, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

This venue is adults only so it may not be the best choice for families.
